WITHIN NEW ZEALAND ONLY

We pay for the artwork to be delivered via track and trace courier only within New Zealand.

We take care to package the artwork to ensure it is well protected while in transit. It is wrapped with acid free tissue paper, followed by bubble wrap, and then placed inside a twin cushion corrugated box. It is delivered via courier to your door.

DELIVERY TIMES - within New Zealand

Because each order is specifically produced please allow approximately 8-12 working days for your artwork to arrive from confirmation of your payment and approval of your artwork proof. While we endeavour to deliver all artworks within this time frame, we cannot always guarantee a delivery date. If you have a specific time frame you require the artwork in please notify us when you place your order and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

 

OVERSEAS DELIVERY & COSTS

Shipping costs will depend on where you are and the size of the artwork. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

The total shipping cost will NOT include customs, brokerage and other fees, which differ from country to country. These charges will be collected at the time of delivery by the shipping company.

Stretched canvas artworks are quite large in size and they do add up to be a large volumetric weight which makes them very costly to ship overseas. While we do take the utmost care in packaging the stretched canvases, they are very fragile and any overseas travel requires more steps and handling where the item might get damaged as a large stretched canvas. 

For all overseas orders we suggest the artwork is purchased as a un-stretched canvas artwork and you consider one of the following options:

  1. Add our black banner ends to create a hanging banner style artwork. These are attached along the top and bottom of the artwork and supplied ready for hanging. For pictures a banner artwork click here.
  2. Arrange to get the canvas stretched over a frame at your own cost (we allow an additional 40mm hem allowance).

All un-stretched canvases with & without banner ends are wrapped in tissue paper and sent rolled in a tube. This is by far the safest way to transport the artwork overseas.

Overseas delivery will incur extra charges. This can be quoted for once you advise us the artwork and size you are looking at ordering and the delivery address. Please contact us before placing your order.
